Refund policy

As a small business, we're currently unable to accept returns, so all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check the product details carefully before placing your order. If there's an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out—we'll always do our best to help.

Damaged Items

All orders are carefully packed before being shipped. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Little Layers Club within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us assess the issue and, where appropriate, make a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until we have advised you to do so, as they may be required for a shipping claim.

Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Little Layers Club is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for damaged or used products.

Non-returnable items

  • Ordered the wrong item.
  • No longer want the product.
  • Changed your mind after your order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to work with you to resolve it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
