Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During new releases, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Little Layers Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

International Customs & Import Fees

We ship from Australia, and international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Customs charges and import requirements vary between countries and are determined by the relevant customs authorities. Little Layers Club does not control or determine these charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order can be legally imported into their country and for paying any applicable fees required for customs clearance.

If applicable fees are not paid, your parcel may be delayed, held by customs, returned to sender, or otherwise handled by the shipping carrier or relevant authorities. Little Layers Club is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or losses resulting from unpaid customs fees or import requirements.

Returned International Orders

If an international parcel is returned to Little Layers Club because the recipient has refused or failed to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, any refund will only be considered once the parcel has been successfully returned to us.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping, customs, or other fees charged to Little Layers Club may be deducted from the refund amount.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with your order.
